Great food and service here

I am a huge fan of Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant! The employees are always so friendly and nice! I haven’t try a lot of different dishes here. In my opinion you can’t go wrong. I would highly recommend the chicken vegetable quesadilla! The food is always super delicious and cooked to a perfect temperature to eat asap. I typically have leftovers because it’s a lot of food for a great price. When I eat the leftovers the next day and it is still yummy! They have a drive-thru which is super convenient. The inside is nice and very festive. If you haven’t already ate here I would totally recommend it!

Excellent food and super fast service. You will literally have your food within 5 minutes of ordering, even when they are busy. Incredible service. They always refill your drinks quickly. I love this restaurant

Great place very friendly. Goes out of the way to make you feel at home. They always greet the children. Best place to eat great food and choices. Tasty and they always come back and make sure it was good.

Respectfully please hire someone fluent in English to take orders, I asked for one burrito and ended up paying for two also I said no tomatoes and ended up with an abundance. If zero stars was an option then it would have zero stars

Mi Casa is a nice place to eat in Hartville. Good Mexican cuisine. There are more authentic Mexican restaurants around but what makes this place a good destination is Laura, Migel, and the rest of their very friendly staff. We go there as a family all the time

They are so dishonest!!!! I was double charged by the owner! And food wasn’t even that good!! Check your statements after eating out here!

They've changed the Cuban sandwich. It was a chopped mish mash of meats with half the meat under the bun. The bun was super stale. Very very disappointing. I will not go back or recommend to anyone.

The food was okay, but it was overpriced. The service was iffy, but when the lady brought my friend's food, a bunch of gnats followed her out. Margaritas are either tasting like bubblegum cough syrup, or like straight tequila. Not going back, and would not recommend.

Good food. It's just that a lot of the time our orders are messed up. Ryan is a great server there though.

Have been a loyal customer for many years. Have taken many people there. Tonight was the last straw, the last 8 timed I have been there for take out, each order was wrong when I got home...took it back, the owner could care less, wanted to argue that she is right and I am wrong....the problem tonight was that I handed an American server my written order with prices, 20 minutes later I got an order. Problem is they charged me 8 dollars too much. When I questioned the bill I was told by the owner that they had a new menu and prices went up. As I ordered from a menu I got a week ago , and comparing the menu they were handing out tonight, the prices did not change...they are simply ripping people off... tonight was not the first time this happened either. Strongly suggest NOT to support this restaurant. If you choose to go anyway, please check your order before paying....they will NOT correct after getting paid..Very disappointed,

This is one of the better Mexican eateries! Not your typical Mexican chain restaurant. The food is delicious, reasonably priced! The chimi-churras were excellent. The atmosphere is simple and low key.

Beef in the fajitas was ready to spoil, you could taste it. But the manager tried to tell me it was the marinade. Brought out raw beef with the marinade sauce on it for me to smell!! Yuck!! I've NEVER been served fajitas on a griddle SOOO hot, it was still steaming 5 minutes after brought to the table. I couldn't even see my friend across the table through the steam. And the griddle handle hot pad was GROSS!! Hadn't been washed in a LONG time!! Items that were supposed to be included in our meal weren't - we had to ask. We heard others at neighboring tables asking for missing items, as well!! Won't be back - and I don't recommend!!

Food is bland, since when does parmesan go on a fajita burrito? Chicken and beef had zero seasoning hence the blandness. Was going to order a beer but told no liquor license even though they serve rum and Coke and margueritas. Won't be back, far too many better Mexican joints around here.

The service is fast and friendly. Food is delicious, hot & fresh every time. Good prices & great portions. The grande fajitas are a family favorite for us. I have 3 kids 10 & under, and it is more than enough (with extra tortillas) to feed all 4 of us - with leftovers!

Used to be a great place to eat but service has gone down hill and food is even worse.

Food was mediocre at best. The service was absolutely TERRIBLE! We thought from the reviews that it would be good but it was the biggest waste of $50.00 I’ve ever spent in my life. Total disappointment.

I remember when Mi Casa first came to Hartville. It was huge news. Our quaint little village had gotten a Mexican restaurant! Not only that, but a GOOD Mexican restaurant, with great portions, fair prices, and fast service.The same still holds true today. Mi Casa is an excellent place. And while I no longer live in Hartville, I still will make the drive from North Canton to come eat here. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience here. There food was good and the restaurant and restrooms were clean. There was a high school student that worked there he went above and beyond to make sure i had water and chips . He helped his waiter out nicely. It looked like his job was just to keep tables clean. He was a very hard worker and there lucky to have him

If I could give this place a no star rating I would! I traveled from Akron to visit my mother and we TRIED to settle with Mi Casa for dinner. We walked in and got seated right away, and like any other Mexican restaurant chips were served right away. Mind you this place was no busy AT ALL! However, that was the last we saw of anyone. The waiter walked by us a dozen times not say anything or asking to even get our drink order. As a server myself it is irritating not getting service that you are use to providing for people. After twenty minutes of someone not even looking in our direction or coming over to get our order we had left! When I go out to dinner I don’t feel like it’s appropriate to have to wave down the waitress or waiter to receive service. I definitely won’t be back!

If it was up to me, theyd have 0 stars. Spent ALOT of money eating here with the family tonight and it was a complete waste of time and money. Food was missing, the wrong food that they gave us they refused to fix because they were too busy, everything tasted awful i will NEVER EVER eat here again.
